📦 Order Processing

• All confirmed orders are processed within 2–5 business days.

• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next working day.

• You will receive an order confirmation and shipping notification via email or SMS.

🚛 Delivery Timeline

• Standard delivery within 5–10 business days from dispatch, depending on your location.

• For metro cities: 3–5 days | For remote/rural areas: 7–10 days

• Custom or large orders may require extra processing time.

🧱 Shipping Method

• Small orders are shipped via reputed courier partners (e.g., DTDC, Delhivery, Bluedart).

• Bulk/Heavy orders are shipped via transport or freight carriers, safely packed on pallets or crates.

• Curbside delivery only: The delivery will be made to the nearest accessible point to your address. Unloading and placement inside the premises is not included.

🪵 Packaging & Inspection

• All products are carefully packed to avoid damage in transit.

• We advise customers to inspect the material at the time of delivery:

  • Check for visible damages, broken tiles, or shortage.

  • Mention any issues on the delivery receipt and click photos if needed.

• Report any damages within 24 hours of delivery.

💸 Shipping Charges

• Shipping charges vary based on order size, weight, and delivery location.

• Any shipping cost will be clearly shown at checkout or mentioned on the invoice for offline orders.

🔁 Returns Due to Shipping Damage

• If your order arrives damaged, we will replace the damaged quantity at no extra cost after verifying with photos and documentation.

• No replacements are provided if damages are not reported within 24 hours of delivery.
